Hesta Health is creating a new benchmark in women’s health, delivering exceptional care at every life stage. As we advance towards this goal, we are committed to closing the women’s health gap, beginning with pregnancy and postnatal as our initial focus.
75 million years of women’s lives are lost every year due to poor health or early death. This gap limits potential, drives inequality, and reflects a healthcare system that wasn’t built for women. We are changing that.
Our first mission is to reimagine care for mothers and birthing parents through compassionate care, clinical excellence and technology.
We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Clinical Psychologist (5+ years) who specialises in postnatal mental health care. You'll bring empathy, clinical excellence, and a trauma-informed approach to help women feel heard, supported, and empowered in the postnatal period. You'll share our tireless optimism and commitment to ensuring every woman receives the exceptional care she deserves as she recovers and thrives.
This is part time role for about 8-10 hours per week
Location: Remote - consultations will be online
Start Date: Early 2026

Proactively manage clinical risks and safeguarding concerns, ensuring every mother’s safety and rights are protected
Create a warm, respectful space where every woman feels heard and valued
HCPC registration and a licence to practise as a Clinical Psychologist
Minimum 5 years post-qualification clinical experience
Expertise in trauma-informed care and proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Exceptional communication skills, sound clinical judgement, and effective risk management, with a high level of professional integrity
