Hesta Health is setting a new standard for excellence in women’s health - starting with pregnancy and the two years after birth.
75 million years of women’s lives are lost every year due to poor health or early death. This gap limits potential, drives inequality, and reflects a healthcare system that wasn’t built for women. We are changing that.
We're combining compassionate, evidence-based clinical care with digital tools to close the women’s health gap and redesign care pathways for mothers and birthing parents.
Hesta Health is seeking an ambitious, exceptionally compassionate and competent GP, with high-levels of ownership to join our growing team.
To join an early-stage HealthTech company making a genuine difference to women’s lives, and one that uniquely combines clinical work, health technology innovation, non-clinical contribution, and leadership opportunity, is rare and potentially career-defining.
Opportunities like this do not come around often and we are looking for someone who is passionate about improving health outcomes for women through innovation and by driving clinical excellence across the service.
You will re-imagine healthcare that places women at its centre - delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while providing leadership, guidance, and support to a multidisciplinary team.

Providing clinical oversight and management of the multidisciplinary clinical team, including GPs, midwives, and other clinicians
Line-managing clinical staff, including providing feedback on clinical care and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new clinical team members. Remember that amazing mentor you had, who did debriefs over tea, insisted on coffee after ward rounds, helped you become a better clinician and provide excellent care to patients? You can be that person at Hesta Health.
